Xbox one party chat not working when me or my one friend try to host it

But when other people host it we can both talk to each other.

It gives us an error/message at the top of the party saying "Network settings block chat for some people go to network settings".

Both our nats are open and we have no service errors nor does testing any of the connections find anything wrong with our internet.

We also both have UPnP enabled.

Also there's a x on the person who isn't the host of the party where the little circle that usually lights up when you talk.

Can't turn on PARTY CHAT

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

We use Skype when it doesn't work.

To get the party chat to work:

- we all reboot our consoles (do not start any other apps/games when it boots up)

-one person starts a party but does not invite anyone

-the rest joins the party by going to the friends list choosing the friend and selects Join Party

-turn on party chat

Ive tested the following when it doesnt work:

-join existing party that has chat turned on

-turn on my party chat - unsuccessful

-ask host to turn off party chat

-turn on my party chat -success

-ask host to turn on party chat - unsuccessful

-turn off my party chat

- host turns on party chat - successful

 

Stereo Headset wont connect to controller

I have the turtle beach px5 and use to work with my xbox one buht ever since this early preview update for oct. it stop working for the chat.. when im in a party or game chat no one cant hear me.. Please this problem fixed asap cuz i cannot chat with any
of my friends and its really getting annoying and frustrating.... Its not working for skype either...

 

Same thing started happening to me yesterday. No idea why.

I tested the same things. NAT is open, network and multiplayer connection tests on the Xbox say everything's fine. 60 Mbps Download speed

8 Mbps upload speed

0% Packet Loss

Latency - 82 ms

 

Having this same problem, however we just got a new router so assumed it was the reason. Has anyone had any luck resolving the problem?
