Xbox one party chat low mic volume and people can’t hear each other ?

I did that and guess what it ruined my console now i cant load aby apps or games now i apparebtky need a repair ?! Im going back to ps4

You should go to volume and set the three strings you see volume settings

factory reset while keeping your games and apps by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Yes i know i jave everything maxed but when i join parties no one can hear me until i unplug my headset a few times or restart my console then later on my muc will get super quiet people tell me and then i have to unplug and do it all over again
