    Ok so my cousin dropped my xbox one. now the power button and eject button are not working which makes me think its the ribbon on the inside of the shell thats broke. Does anyone know where i can get a replacment shell for my concole?

    http://support.xbox.com     or call customer support at this number in the US 1-800-469-9269 to set up a repair for your console.

    Unfortunately she had it sent to a repair shop without my knowledge and the guy had not idea what he was doing. He took it apart thus voiding the warranty so im on my own on this. Is there anywhere that selles official xbox one parts?

    It wouldn't be as bad but if just seems like everything they *** up is on the video game end of the machine. I'm waiting to see what MS does for E3, or if it just adds and confirms to the list of issues. Always on is retarded, plain and simple there is
    no reason for it to be part of the new xbox. For MS to say that it would then do a 24 hour check in so that they can double back is kind of insane. Backwards compatibility is a massive let down. If it weren't a huge game library I wouldn't mind as much
