    Xbox one parties not working


    Hello, on the 360 I have no issues with xbox live parties and my NAT on the xbox one according to the network app on it is "OPEN". I'm using att uverse with a apple time capsule router.

    My problem is I can't hear or talk to anybody in parties but I can just fine in game chat (Destiny). I can't even see their chat icon in the party.

    What should I do to troubleshoot and fix this issue?

    Parties not working

    So, for the past week, I have been unable to get into parties because it says "Your network settings are blocking party chat." It had the error code [0x89231906]. I did some research and all i could find was that I needed to make sure my NAT type was set
    to open. However, ion the screen that shows it, it just says "Getting info..." Some help would be very nice because it is the start of summer vacation, and I would like to talk to friends.

    Parties not working?

    A couple of days ago my Xbox parties stopped working. It says that my network settings are blocking party chat and it gave me an error code. I searched the error code and it told me that maybe my NAT or IP settings are blocking party chat. I checked and
    they weren't. Also, party chat was working just fine the day before, and I didn't change anything.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I have the logitech G930s too. While using the xbox app for just party use you won't be able to hear others and they can't hear you. The headset works correctly with game sounds while streaming to xbox one back to PC but
    still won't work in the parties. The issue is that the headset will just not work at all with any type of xbox party function... While streaming xbox one to PC or while just using the party system in the xbox application for windows 10. (Microphone and earphones
    will not work in party chat as said... while the ability to create, leave, and join the party actually work.)

    That generic support doesn't really apply here. The problem is with a PC microphone, not an Xbox One microphone. The Xbox App on PC detects the mic and it works if I start a party via the app, but it doesn't work in any capacity on the Xbox One for parties
    or game chat.
