    I have a hisense Smart Tv. The Xbox one controls my volume but won't turn the Tv on or off.

    Anyone else with messed up display after October update?

    I just did the Xbox One October update and now the home screen display goes past the right edge of my T.V. I've tried adjusting the T.V. display and going into the Xbox One settings and nothing has worked. Maybe I'm just old and slow and it's a simple issue? Thanks for any feedback. And yeah...I googled it too and found nothing.

    beta program for OS and freeview addon not working

    It's a dongle available in Europe(?) that lets you control over-the-air T.V. stations on the X1.

    Hey SkittleRayne -

    What is the model of your TV? I recommend plugging your make and model into
    this website     and seeing if you are able to get a code from that. Also, be sure to check the

    troubleshooting guide     for the IR blaster.

    The Xbox one already has a remote code for my tv that controls the volume however I can not get the television to power on when the Xbox one powers on with my voice commands

    I do not have any tv devices attached to the Xbox one but I'm have completed the one guide setup for the live tv. I have tried all of the steps in the walkthroughs and my IR blaster works fine as it controls my volume on my tv fine and can be seen working
    while looking through my camera

    I had the same problem in the past, have the setting set to "toggle." This should work. PLZ like!!!!
