    Xbox one-parent account not porting from 360


    My xbox one account has purchases disabled and asks for a parent account to change this. However the parent account that was associated with my gamer tag was not ported over from 360 with my account, and when I try to sign in with the email and password
    of this parent account no account seems to be present. Is there any way to add a new parent account to my profile, or port the account from 360 manually?

    parents microsoft account not valid

    today I'm a adult and my account still a child so I remove myself from the family ( via the parents account on Xbox 360) but now when I try to sign in it say "parents Microsoft account not valid" so I waited 7 seven days and made a new parent account and
    it WORKED......only for Xbox one and pc and now when I try to sign in to Xbox 360 it still says "parents Microsoft account not valid" someone please help me

    CHANGE SETTINGS TO ALLOW PURCHASES

    parent has to change setting on my account from their account for xbox 360 AND xbox one even though we only have a 360. then it allowed purchases from mine.

    That error is because you are a child account

    To make the purchase you must use an xbox 360.

    Or.have a parental account with actual gold not home gold make the purchase

    Xbox 360 markrtplace is different from xbox one child accounts must makefile purchase on the 360 or have a parental account make the purchase

    Xbox one unrestricted setting is incompatible with xbox 360

    Forza Horizon 1 - Games with gold - Xbox One - I can't purchase/download the game.

    The xbox one marketplace is different from the xbox360 marketplace that's why you were able to do the xbox one purchases

    Family settings on xbox one has unrestricted however a child account must have parental settings and there is no unrestricted on xbox 360

    So you must make it in the xbox 360 or on a parental account with gold

    Xbox one parental settings do not work on xbox 360 markrtplace to make the purchase you must use a parental account with gold not home gold or buy it on your profile with an xbox 360

    It's because of your account to download any 360 games on xbox one you have to make it with a parental account or a 360

    Xbox one parental permissions aren't compatible with 360 games so regardless of your parental settings you cannot make the purchase on the xbox one or website
