XBOX One Pad for PC questions - trigger rumble and wireless adapter

    Hi!

As said in the subject, I have questions concerning XBOX One pad functionality on PC. I have bought this pad lately to use it on PC (Windows 7) and one of the main advantages of this pad over others when I was choosing which one to buy, was trigger rumble
function. However, when I play, I don't get any trigger vibrations at all (normal vibration is OK). Because of that, I want to ask if it's just the games I play aren't compatible with this functionality (I have checked GTA V and The Witcher 3 so far and I
can't get Battlefield 4 to work with pad at all) or doesn't it work on PC at all? If so, is there any plans to implement trigger rumble functionality on PC in the future? Also, is there any way to at least check on PC if trigger rumble is working at all? (if
it's not broken, the pad is new, but things sometimes happen). I don't have the access to any XBOX One console to check it. I have searched this information on the web, but haven't found any official/reliable/up to date info on that matter.

The other question I want to ask is about the date of releasing wireless adapter for PC for this pad. I know MS says about 2015 but is there more specific date?

Thanks for your time reading this post and I would be very glad if someone answers.

    :)

Xbox One Wireless Adapter + GamePad problem

    Hello

I have a Xbox One Controller with Windows Wireless Adapter, and i can't connect gamepad with my windows 10 PC.

I have been already tryed to connect with anyother PC but something doesn't work. I don't havethe Xbox ONE, so I can't check that the game pad wireless is working. If i connect Adapter to PC I will see in Device Menager: Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows.
If I connect gamepad via USB i will see in Device Menager: Xbox Peripherals --> Xbox Controller.

    Reinstalation the driver nothing help...

    Thanks you for your help!

XBOX One Pad for PC questions - trigger rumble and wireless adapter

    Hi,

so first we have no idea about release dates for a wireless adapter - but E3 is just around the corner so they might mention it there!

And the controller does have rumble function on pc (the official tech spec sheet also lists it

    here
) so i think it probably down to the games you are playing. Just make sure you have the latest driver for your controller and go from there.

    Hope that helps!

There are a few lists but they are out of date! Just google "pc games force feedback" to get a list of hundreds!

Thanks, but I don't mean normal force feedback, but trigger rumble. I have found some forums on which people say that pc drivers for XBOne pad are somewhat copied version of X360 pad drivers and doesn't have trigger rumble support.

    3rd Party Controller

Just had a look at Afterglow, they do make an XB1 pad but it's shaped exactly like the official ones and also has rumble triggers. The 2 things I hate about the pad, usually you can disable stuff like rumble on some 3rd party stuff but it doesn't look like
you can on that, cheers for the suggestion anyway mate.
