    i buy xbox on pad, reciver

    The first time I connected it, it worked.

    but the second time, it is released as soon as it is connected

    When the controller is turned on, it will turn off immediately.

    A couple things we suggest doing to resolve this are as follows:

    • Unplug the controller and remove any batteries.
    • Let the controller sit for about 10 minutes.
    • Test brand new batteries.
    • Test a new USB cable connected directly to the console.

    If the controller continues to shut off then the issue may unfortunately be the controller itself.

    In this case, be sure to reach out to the
    chat or phone team     for help with setting up a repair!

    I have the exact same problem. I can see on my PC that I have Xbox Live Gold for 26 more days, but my Xbox One says I must purchase a subscription. Even If I try to do that it says my payment methods are conected to max accounts already?? As far as I know

    [/quote]Must admit i was quite surprised when i read the link. Its a customisable pad, you can chop and change the sticks/dpads/weight of the pad. Pretty clever.
