    xbox one packet loss issue


    Hello,

    Today I am having a problem with syncing data to all of my games. This has happened before to me but I can normally work around the issue. This time I can not. I talked to xbox support already and we went through multiple steps to try and fix the problem,
    but we had no luck. Some of the things we have tried include:

    1. Using another ethernet cord, I tried this and no luck.

    2. Deleting profile from console, clearing MAC address, and hard restarting. Still did not work.

    I was able to play last night fine. This problem just started today. I am an xbox preview member and in my chat my helper said that I should post here and ask a xbox preview moderator. So that is where I am at now.

    I hope I posted to the right spot for this. Any other tips or workarounds would be appreciated.

    100% Packet Loss

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    Xbox One NAT Issues

    I've started to have issue with high packet loss and the inability to view friends on the xbox. I've done a ping test through command prompt and am showing 0% packet loss.

    Xbox One HIGH Packet loss

    In XBOX One, if you had no problems before and it was working, then likely the high packet loss is solely a problem in the console. I have a business class connection for example-- 0% packet loss, and about 10-12ms on any server . Yesterday, my XBOX one
    (plugged into the same network, in the same was as every other server here-- wired, not wireless) was 0% @ 73ms. Today, it's 78% packet loss at 83ms, while the server next to it is 0% packet loss @ 10-12ms.

    But today, I can't login due to xbox live core signup issues-- which tells me the packet loss indicator is tied to 'phone home' or some other mechanism tied to their core. The high packet loss value is therefore erroneous.

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    I have a 100% packet loss with a wired connection on my series x and I can't figure out why or how to fix it any suggestions?

    I am having the same issue. Both hard wire and wireless, I am having 100% packet loss. I have contacted my internet provider, they have already checked the system and on there end everything is great. On my PC I am having no issues. On my PS5 no issues, no packet loss. However on my xbox series x and my xbox one x, I have 100% packet loss and get booted from online games every 3-6 mins.
