    Xbox one out of sync with tv while playing games


    So no matter what game I try, it's always out of sync with the movements on my controller making gameplay nigh impossible to do how I want to, tried googling answers and found no topics about this, it's irritating, I've already tried changing tv settings
    on the xbox and the tv itself, the sync became better but it's still there and i'm unsure of how to fix this issue.

    Okay,

    What TV do you have?

    Have you tried your console on another TV?

    Do you have any other gaming devices or a laptop/PC you can test on your TV? If your TV is the issue and not the console, a any latency or delay would show up immediately with the mouse cursor on your computer connected to the TV via HDMI.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far in order to resolve the issue? have you tried to

    Power Cycle     your console? If not, I would suggest that as well as possibly trying to do a

    Soft Factory reset     of your console (Keep Games and Apps). Have you tried changing out the HDMI cable for the connection?
