Xbox One (Original) System Update USB OSU1

So My system update messed up for some reason & malfunction?..... I did some googling & tried to do the USB OSU1 Offline Update then it works till it gets to %1 then stops then goes to this screen. I've been trying to figure this
out for the past week & It's frustrating.

Follow this link to the Start up Error Solutions Page and download the Offline System Update File (OSU1) onto your PC. It'll be a zip file so you'll have to unzip onto a USB that's at least 8GB and formatted to NTFS. Once it's all downloaded plug the USB into
your Xbox and you should be given the option to do an offline system update
