Xbox One original shuts off after 1 second.

Well, this is it ! My Xbox One original starts for one second and shuts off right after. I know it's not about the power supply because I tried with another one and it's still the same. It's still orange (sleep mode) and goes white when I press the button
and goes back orange after 1 second. I just bought so many games....please help me ! Is it really died of threre is still hope ?

Plus, if it won't start ever again, how can I get my disc back in it and transfer my saves files to another XBOX ?

My Xbox 1 x keeps shuting off after 10 seconds

Every time I turn on my brand new Xbox 1 x it shuts off after about 10-15 seconds can someone help please

 

Xbox One S shuts off after a second

Sorry to hear about your problem. The Xbox One S has a build in surge suppressor feature build into the power supply and can sometime have issue if it is plugged into an addition power strip with a surge suppressor. I would try to plug the console directly
into the wall outlet per Microsoft recommendation. If your still having problem you might need to get your console serviced. Here is a link for power supply issues and it has a link to request repair services from Microsoft.

Your save files are stored in the cloud on Xbox live. If you log into a new console the save files will download once you start the game for the first time.

You just need to put your account in the new xbox ypu plan to buy and all your saved contet will he there ypu wont lose any digital game at all...

 

It's very likely that your only option is to register the console for a repair or replace the console completely, If the console is over 1 year old then the repair will be at cost.

All of your saved data providing you have used the xbox online will have automatically been uploaded to the cloud servers so all you need is to download your profile on your next console.

 

Thanks guys.....damn this is so sad. I think I'l just wait for X-Mas sale for a new One X but still, it's sucks.

Thank you for brining this issue to our attention.

Just to clarify a bit, but is the console plugged into a:

1. Wall outlet?

2. Surge Protector?

3. Extension cord?

4. Power strip?

Please try testing other Power sources and see if that helps. Also, when the console is plugged in Hold down the
Power button and the Bind/synch button (found on the left side of the Xbox near the USB port)

Should it work and take you to a troubleshoot screen, attempt to reset the Xbox to :Keep games and apps.

Select reset> reset this Xbox> Keep games and apps.
