Xbox One Original - CD Drive buzzes horribly

So I realize my Xbox One (Day One Edition) is pretty old, but I bought it around the same time as my PS4 and the CD drive on my PC is even older and neither of those devices buzz. The Xbox One is pretty bad. It buzzes the moment a disk goes in (doesn't matter which disk) and it buzzes throughout the install. Sometimes it'll go quiet for 30 seconds to a minute though I can tell the disk is still in there spinning away, but more often than not it's just a loud ugly buzz. Even if I'm not running a game or anything that is using the disk in the drive.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Can I get one of those Drive Cleaning CDs, or is that not the issue? I'm pretty decent with taking things apart too, if there is some fix I can do internally that isn't too difficult or time consuming. If someone could just point me in the right direction of what I should be looking for.

I downloaded it for free with the CD in the drive from the Xbox marketplace, I noticed that when I have the cd in the drive and I look for Halo Wars on demand at the Xbox market place it showed up as a free download otherwise it costs $29.99 without the
CD in the drive, I assumed this was a feature made by Microsoft as a backup for the eventual aging and/or ruining of the original discs.

When the power light is flashing it means your cd drive is not detected I called ms earlir about my brother xbox which did not have a cd drive in it and to update you neeeeeeed you cd drive because it is one of the thing the xbox is updating

Again... I have tried two xbox one kinect Version after update and both same issue no horrible buzzing noise in Dashboard but a low long buzzing if you reset cache of console or unplug the power cord and replug.. After october update nothing change the Buzz
on reset cahe still here... Is normal? Your xbox after update no have any bizzing noise on reset cache!? What are official support position For this!?

Do Microsoft not do a cd with the emulation on?
