Xbox One (original black) stuck at green screen

Today in the morning, when I turned on the Xbox, it just stopped at the green screen not showing the Xbox icon. I disconnected all wires, waited for 30 seconds, then connected the wires again, still the green screen. Then as suggested, I pressed on the Xbox button for 10 seconds when the power was connected, but I heard only that starting sound and the green screen came again. I pressed again for 10 seconds when on, I mean with the screen on, then it just normally turned off. I read the method where we have to press on the bind and eject button and then on the Xbox icon to hear 2 sounds, but I’m unable to understand exactly where are those 2 buttons and how exactly to do this method. I tried it roughly, but heard only one sound and it turned on normally with the green screen again. I used the Xbox yesterday and it was working normally, no problems, now I did play for a lot of time yesterday, but that was like everyday, it was all normal, then suddenly this green screen comes, and it’s scaring me, can someone please help.

What do you mean it opens at your home screen and then nothing? Are you stuck on the dashboard or is it a black or green screen?

Mine was stuck on green screen for over an hour. Talked to xbox support. They had me reboot it a few times. Now I'm stuck with a black screen. I called amazon.com and they are overnighting me a new one.
