    Xbox One Orange Light Power Brick(Help)


    This happened when my xbox turned off 2 times,and I turned it back on until the power brick light turned orange and now I can't turn on my xbox.I've tried disconnecting everything,leaving it be for 10 minutes and connecting it back in,and nothing.I tried
    almost everything I could find on the internet.The light always stays orange.I would really appreciate if anyone helps.

    Power brick light turned orange?

    Just wanted to post this to see if others have had any similar issues. I am on my second xbox one. The first one the power brick light turned orange as well, One time the power button stayed on and the Kinect started flashing. So I returned that console
    and got a new one.

    I leave my xbox on because it's connected through my cable box. I came into my room and noticed my xbox and Kinect lights were off and the power brick light was orange. So I unplugged it, but that did not work, the power brick light stayed orange. So I manually
    turned the power on the xbox and that changed the light from orange to white like normal.

    So my question is, what does the orange light actually mean?

    Well if Sadly sounds as if u might need to by a replacement power supply. Btw another thing you might can try is to plug it in from a different outlet that may help. P.S. I hope you have a fantastic day and please let me know if you get it fixed by DMing

    to test your power brick unplug it from both the wall and console for 2 minutes then only plug it into the wall see if you can get a green or white light before plugging it back into the console, I'm afraid if the light is still orange you will need to replace

    Just to confirm, when the console is off your power brick has an orange light and when on it displays a green light, also the console does not show any red lights on it, it simply switches off reverting the power brick to the orange light?

    Your power brick, (the one with the orange light), plugs from your power source(i.e. Power outlet or plug), into the power brick then into the actual Xbox. The HDMI cord plugs from your XBOX to your television...good luck...

    Hi

    The power brick for the Xbox One console never fully turns off if your console is set to instant on mode the light on the power brick will remain white with the console switched off and if the console is set to power save mode the light will be orange/yellow
    when the console is switched off.

    which xbox are you using? if you are using the standard xbox one is your power brick light orange or white? if its orange and all the leads are firmly in place then you will need to purchase a new power supply unit.
