    Xbox One or PC

    Hi,

About a year ago I built a custom pc that can play games on ultra very well, it has a Nvidia GTX 760, but I'm wondering if I should buy the xbox one to play games like destiny and halo 5 because they are exclusive to Xbox. Will the pc have better FOV and
better graphics and Frame rate than the Xbox One, or are they not noticeably different.

    Thanks for any reply

    :)

  2. Xbox One or PC?

I am sure they already stated that no previous Halo games will appear on W10.

And just to rub it in, i picked up the MC digital collection recently for £7, yeap £7 online, the xb1 so far has been the cheapest console i have ever owned to buy games for,i mean i got almost 60% of my 360 digital BC on it as well and my retail disc collection
is catching up on that. Xbox One or PC :)

    Xbox One or PC?

I haven't visited this forum for a few years, not since my 360 red ringed and I built my first gaming PC.

I'd like to play Quantum Break and the Master Chief Collection. I took a look at the Xbox app for Windows 10 and wasn't impressed. Is it true that the Xbox app is all but identical to the Xbox One dashboard?

As I understand it, the PC will be getting all future Xbox exclusives.

I don't really want to buy an Xbox one just for the Master Chief collection.

What do you think the chances are of Microsoft bring the older Halo Games over to PC?

Pc will always have better graphics when compared to consoles due to a pc not having hardware limitations , a 760 will barely get you playing on max resolution at a stable 60fps playing top tier games, play both I do , I only play pc for games live starcraft
civ 4 etc as it isnt available and in console and prefer a mouse keyboard for those types of games.

I think you have answered your own question, if you want to play the exclusives then you need to buy the console.

I have both and honestly, I love both. For different reasons though. There is a lot of games and genres that aren't available on console. For instance strategy titles. Total war, company of heroes and sins of a solar empire. Simply cannot get these experiences
on console. The same goes for console games. The both should have a place in any gamers life!

How will the Xbox One version differ from the 360?

Minecraft will not cost more than the pc version. The xbox one is a pc, we will likely see an equivalent version from the pc on xbox one.

Do you think because xbox one uses direct x 11.1 and windows os plays a key role? Should be easier for pc and xbox one developement or porting from pc to xbox one. Or the other way around xbox one to pc.

    xbox on pc

Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.
