    Xbox One only downloading part of the DLC package for Arkham Knight


    About half a month back I purchased the Batman: Arkham Collection which gave me the 2 remasters and all the DLC for Arkham Knight. I installed the remasters with no issues, same with Arkham Knight but when I try to install certain DLC items for Arkham Knight it immediately stops the installation where it would start the download.

    At this point I feel like I have done everything I can: set an alternate MAC address, clear local saves, uninstall and reinstall the game, installing the game by disc, full shutdown, restart, soft factory reset... Even a full factory reset to clear all the games and apps and trying to install a single DLC item from the list gives the same result.

    The content I can't install is:
    Batman Beyond Skin
    Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #1

    Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #2
    Batman Inc. Skin
    Batman: Noel Skin
    Harley Quinn Story Pack
    Bat-Family Skin Pack
    Red Hood Story Pack
    A Matter of Family
    GCPD Lockdown
    Prototype Batmobile Skin

    1st Appearance Batman Skin
    Dark Knight Returns Batman Skin

    Batman Flashpoint Skin

    1989 Movie Batmobile Pack

    I did have an issue at the checkout when I was buying the games which meant I had to restart my console to be able to see the games in my library but I'm thinking it seems weird that I would be able to select them for download if I didn't own them.

    I had a go with that, installing the content individually then the package itself from the website and app. Unfortunately it's still not working.

    Hi there Clark welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried using the Xbox phone app to install the rest of the content? Sometimes this helps!
