Xbox One online won't work

My xbox one wont connect to live even though Im connected to wifi and have three bars and have tested network connection many times it always says "its all good" but its not because Netflix wont work I cant play online and it only goes to xbox home xbox
store wont show up and no ads will show up. ive tried unplugging and nothings worked. So it says im connected and its all good but nothing will work. Any help please?

Online games won't work

For the past week I haven't been able to get into any online game I've restarted my modem my xbox everything to try and fix it even hooked up to a different WiFi connection but it just comes up saying "sorry we were unable you log you in. Please try again
later (BC-101)

Any help would be appreciated

It worked! I signed out then the ads came back up and signed back in and everything works. Thank you very much, It was practically right in front of me lol. Still not sure what caused it but nothings broken so nothing to be fixed. Thanks again

 

Hi I have had problems for days now I start playing games online after 5 mins I get kicked out saying can not connect to Xbox live, can someone help please I spoke to Xbox who said delete account and re-add it which I have done I have also uninstalled and
reinstalled my games but still no joy

 

Try doing resets on your xbox and network equipment.

On your network equipment (modem/router) turn them off and let them stay off for 30 seconds then turn them back on and once everything is back up and online. On the xbox, Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down
completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

Ok will do, I think it's the game as I have tried another game and seems to be working ok

Please help. I am trying constantly to play online (xbox one) and i play for about 5 minutes then get disconnected. It's strange though, because the part i do play is normally flawless connection. I experience said issue with games from Mortal Kombat to
Fifa to Roblox. It only lets me play at certain times, usually late at night, which is not ideal. This is very irritating and would like to know if anyone has had the same issue and knows how to fix it? thanks
