Xbox One: Online Status Unknown

For the past few days when I go on my xbox it says I'm last seen: ** mins/hrs ago and when I change my online status it says Online Status Unkown. It seems to affect some of my friends too but not all of them. Is there a way you can fix this problem. I
have heard it has affected other xbox users recently but most people don't have this issue. I have tried a hard reset, Wifi on/off, restarting, unplugging my xbox and what others have told me to do but nothing seems to work. This is a big problem because not
only do I appear offline (as well as friends) but I can't accept or receive party invites unless I'm on the xbox app on my phone/pc and. But at around 6.00pm (Australia time) it all of a sudden works again then the next morning it doesn't work creating an
infinite Offline/Online loop. I hope someone can help me fix this issue as I'm not the only one who is annoyed at this continual issue. I would like this to be fixed because I pay for my xbox live membership and want to have all the benefits it offers.

Did you ever find a fix because my profile keeps saying online status unknown and I'm stuck appearing offline

...I fully reset my Xbox and had to reset everything but only to find out there's no more home switches so now me and my friend can play each others games ...

And I don't even get another Home Switch even after asking for one more because of this situation!! This is just outright unfair and a waste of my time.

Since you reset your console, YOUR FRIEND has to set your console as Home Console again. Not you.

Your account can ALWAYS access your own games, no matter on what console you are.

Your friend would have to contact the official support and try to request an additional Home Console change, and then your friend would have to sign into his account on your console, and set your console as his home console again.

So just calm down, and let your friend handle this. You will always be able to access your own games regardless of the Home Console setting.

Its been offline for 6 hours now. Is there any ETA on the fix?

There was a service alert the other day that could have affected things, Usually clearing the MAC address and power cycling the console fixes this. It's just a small glitch that only lasts temporarily.
