    Purchased games not working

    So I've recently been having issues because my Xbox will not play games I downloaded it says that the person who bought the game needs to sign in when I am the one who purchased it then if I click "see game in store" from the pop up link it just says play
    instead of download but when I click play it says "something went wrong" then the cycle repeats itself over and over. How do I fix this?

    Games won’t start

    All games are Xbox One games, some purchased used at a game store, some brand new just out games. All have worked and been playable only for hours later or the next day become unplayable.

    Games we purchased online work fine also.

    Hello,

    No, sorry this is not possible. The Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty: Ghosts will be coming out November 5th 2013. Any game purchased Xbox 360 will only work on the Xbox 360. If you wish to play this game on the Xbox One you will need to buy the Xbox One version
    of this game. Doing a license transfer won't let you play this game on the Xbox One.

    The only thing that will transfer for Call of Duty Ghosts on the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One is your multiplayer progress and the online pass if you've purchased one (for a limited time).

    You can purchase XBox Live by turning on your XBox One and purchasing a subscription in the Microsoft Without XBox Live, you will not be able to play XBox One Xbox Live Gold games but you will be able to keep your XBox 360 XBox Live games. Your XBox One
    will still be online and most XBox 360 and XBox One apps will still function, but online play will be extremely limited.
