Xbox One OneGuide TV tuner channel guide STILL not working Sydney Australia

The TV tuner guide listings are still not working, this has been an ongoing issue since mid November 2019, we are now in 2020 and the issue has still not been resolved. TV is still available but the OneGuide service is now useless as we have no way to
see what is on each channel and the unit is now not fit for purpose. If this is not going to be fixed I will be asking for a complete refund on this and my Xbox One as the console was used as an all in one media solution, I will soon be referring this to the
department of fair trading along with the issues I now have with Cortana windows 10, Android and Invoke not working with Xbox any longer. It appears everything is being depreciated with no communication to consumers.

Hello Allicit,

Thanks for coming to the forums. The updates are made public in regards to Cortana. As for the One guide issue, we recommend installing the insider app and reporting the issue. There was a major issue a while back with One guide. You can also try uninstalling
and reinstalling the app.

Yes there has been an update, but the information is wrong.

Everyone in Australia can verify that the one guide issue has not been fixed, and xbox support appears to have no interest in providing any kind of feedback or update as to when or if it will be!

Thank you for replying. I followed your advice and installed the Insider app and reported the OneGuide issue just now. As I mentioned in my report, I have followed the troubleshooting page several times with no change.

I have a follow up question. You mentioned that it's possible to try to uninstall and reinstall 'the app'. There is no option to uninstall OneGuide, and it's not available in the Store... Are you referring to some other app?

By the way, you may be interested to know that this issue appears to affect all OneGuide users in Australia, and has been ongoing since around mid-November 2019 (see this thread for several users' accounts of the fault: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-no-info/9f46617c-7ef9-4d2a-9307-b288d401d5ac).

Ive power cycled and set uo oneguide again and TV channels scanned again, none if these have worked.

the oneguide continues to display “no info available” when scrolling up and down through channels and when showing the guide on screen. Im using the Freeview Sydney gyide but from the previous posts the outage seems basically Australia wide...how can Microsoft
possibly let this go on for months? Very poor service
