    Xbox one OneDrive/Skydrive replace old with new


    Hello guys and girls pretty much what the title says, how do I replace my full old OneDrive that's set in my xbox one with my new 200gb one i got due to purchasing a seagate hard drive, I can't seem to find where I log out the existing one, any help would
    be much appreciated thank you

    I've been getting some good use out of this service and must honestly recommend it. I've tried similar services such as Dropbox and Google Drive, but the added use of the Xbox One just makes this the easier choice in my honest opinion. If you haven't taken advantage of it yet, give it a try. It can serve all kinds of uses; I've uploaded movies via my Mac and then watched them in the other room via the Xbox. Not to mention it serves as a great backup harddrive for pictures and videos. Leave your thoughts and opinions below!

    Xbox one OneDrive/Skydrive replace old with new

    Hi

    Onedrive is Microsoft's cloud storage service for things like photos and should not use the consoles internal memory.

    If your consoles internal drive is full it is very easy to expand it by adding an external hard drive to the console, please see attached link for details about adding extra memory to the console.

    "The basic requirements for storing games and apps on an external drive are:

    Has capacity of 256 GB or more, and

    Uses USB 3.0."

    The game dvr upload to one drive function doesn't work due to my OneDrive being full and I can't get rid of the other files on the existing OneDrive due to them being sentimental. So I'm wanting my future game recordings that I choose to upload to OneDrive
    to be uploaded on my new OneDrive online storage account, therfore I can download and edit them on pc or mobile, do you get where I'm coming from?

    My xbox has loads of storage it has 3TB, just my OneDrive for game dvr uploads is my problem, not the xbox live storage either

    Hi, OneDrive is connected to each individual account, you can't choose which OneDrive account you want to upload items to.

    You could maybe download those items that are in your OneDrive and store them either on your PC or a USB flash drive/ external hard drive though.

    skydrive (onedrive) is a free storage space provided by MS.... if you upload your videos to Onedrive from the upload studio, they are available to view from the internet... (skydrive.com) visit the skydrive website and download the program to your PC....
    this will make Onedrive a file system on your PC where it automatically loads the file to your PC (as well as ANY pc or device synced to your account).. from there it is as easy as having a youtube account... upload a video and selecting the file location
