    Xbox one on Computer


    Rented a couple of games to try before I buy. I have a Dell Inspiron gaming computer. The problem is the disc will not read on the drive. It will start but not complete reading it. I keep getting an error nessage to select what disc to use and after awhile
    it stops and ts he disc.

    Thank you Onyx for your help but I am 18 and have made purchases of mature content well before turning 18. I have gone into account.xbox.com/Settings before i made a post in the forum and my computer is on the latest edition of windows atm

    Sorry to hear it. Try logging in here and adjusting the settings of the account to allow purchases on the Xbox One. account.xbox.com/Settings

    If you are underage then the parental account will need to do so.

    Also, be aware that credit cannot be used on the computer unless you are using at Windows 8.1 or better.
