    XBOX ONE ON COMMAND NOT WORKING


    It works for me if I have the console in instant on mode.

    I find you have to speak clearly, don't shout and make sure you have a slight pause between the words "xbox" and "on".

    And i'm in the UK

    Also I've noticed that if the Kinect sensor is quite close to the tv speakers you will get problems so make sure there is at least a foot distance between them.

    It doesn't work if you are using energy saving mode though and that is by design.

    @Malacath, I have done everything possible to get this command to work, and as for the speakers on my tv everything is set up through my sound bar, so that's not the problem. I have even turned all volume down and still nothing.... the microsoft agent has
    agreed with me that I've done everything possible. I'm just trying to see if anyone suggest something that I have not done yet... thankyou for your suggestions but done them already.

    Mine won`t turn on, unless I get about 4 inches from the Kinect and say the command. Then it may turn on, not always, but more times than standing anywhere else. That is odd, but all other commands work alright. I have recallibrated over and over, finally
    just dealing with it. Good luck.
