Xbox one offline and Poolnation FX

Alright. So I've searched around hell and back for this, but couldn't find anyone whose had this problem...

When I'm at home, my Xbox One is always connected online, no problem. I buy/download all my games from it as well.

My issue is when I take my XOne to work in my GAEMS case, I play offline (most of my shifts are 12hour nights, and there's no internet). Most of the games I downloaded work perfectly fine, no problem, but some just won't. For example, I'll start Worms Battlegrounds,
and it'll say I need to be online to access this game (other games do this as well, like the new pool game that's free with gold).

I've made sure (while at home, connected to Live) that my Xbox is set as my home console, I've uninstalled, power cycled, reinstalled the game... Nothing works. The second I'm offline, I can't play.

I was just wondering if there's an actual fix to this? If anyone else has this problem?

P.s. : the games a mention are all GwG games, but I also have GwG I can play offline (child of light, IDARB, etc)

Pool nation FX;

I can't even play it... The second the game finishes loading, it crashes my Xbox to home. I've tried hard resets, uninstall+reinstall... Things aren't looking good.

PoolNation FX won't play offline

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue getting PoolNation FX to play offline. It is fine when online.

Error code 0x87de2714 which I know means unable to verify license.

I have power cycled more times than I can count. I have deleted and reloaded the game, but still it won't play offline.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: PoolNationFX can "play" offline, but the game still crashes to home while loading the main menu.

 

Update again. April 7th.

I can now, for some reason, play all my games offline.

But PoolNationFX still doesn't work.

I'm sorry to hear about the crashing issue. Just to clarify while loading the main menu on Pool Nation FX, when does the crashing to the Xbox One Home screen happen?

• in Offline mode
• in Online mode
• in both Online and Offline mode

Also, are you receiving any error codes or error messages when this happens?

Hello Miss Diggz!

It happens in both Offline and Online. The game doesn't reach the main menu, it crashes while on the second loading screen.

And no, no message of any sorts. The Xbox just goes to the dashboard, closing the game at the same time.

Weird. As I can play Child of Light offline...

 

I am a trucker and I downloaded both child of light and poolnation last night. Started up child of light to see about it and finished the first battle and then went to bed. Today I don't have wifi and the game won't start. Says I have to be online. All the
GwG do it now.

I have a couple games I bought that work but GwG won't. I don't get it. I had the pro with minecraft a couple months ago but it cleared up. I am also experienceimg problems with my local/cloud saves while I am online vs off.

Thanks for getting back to me with the info, it's much appreciated! That's a bit odd what's happening and crashing in the loading screen. When you have a chance, I would first suggest trying out these steps to see if we can get this sorted.

• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
• Try launching Pool Nation FX again and try playing.
