    Xbox One Official Microphone Rattles


    I've had my Xbox One since September and the mic has always been fine, but today it randomly started to rattle whenever I shook my head. This has continued and I have not been able to find a solution. I have changed the height of the earpiece, the angle
    etc. but nothing has worked so far. Has anybody got any suggestions how to fix it?

    dont like headsets for Black Ops

    Purchase the official Xbox 360 headset, it's just one speaker and a microphone.

    Fix For Rattling Xbox One Controller/Stuck Triggers

    i have the exact same thing my triggers get stuck, the rattle, and like someone below it messes up my microphone. THANKS so much i hate this so much so i have to use my brothers controller and i was just about to get a new one thanks for sharing you problem
    and the solution that was very helpful. i will do it right now

    Hey there, I don't have a fix, but just thought I'd confirm that my standard headset rattles as well and so did the 360 ones. I've never really had an issue with it myself as I didn't notice any difference in performance.

    Yes Hassassinade is right it must be an Xbox compatible microphone and most game microphones will tell you such as the official Rockband and Band Hero Mics and others like madcatz just make sure if purchasing online that it is Xbox compatible
