Xbox one off and tv on...?

Discus and support Xbox one off and tv on...? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was wondering and maybe someone can help me.     Xbox one off and tv on...?


    I was wondering and maybe someone can help me. I am not sure to buy a xboxone, because of : When my Xbox one is switch off and my cableprovider is connected to the Xbox, can i watch tv without switching on the xbox one? Do i need the xbox for watching
    tv? Please respond.

    opinions on leaving on and tv app!!!

    Silent so when you turn the tv off via the xbox the tv light goes off. the dvr light goes off and the ONE light goes off?

    And then simply saying XBOX ON it turns on then say tv on the tv and dvr turn on?

    Xbox One turning off/on Xbox 360 when not connected.

    Are you sure it's the 360 console turning on/off and not just the TV? If it's the TV, it's probable that the IR blasting that your Xbox One is doing to turn off its connected TV is also reaching the second TV and turning that one on and off.

    Have you set the Xbox One to control the power toggle of your TV? If so, it will send a signal to your TV to toggle the power state of the TV. Basically, if your TV is On before turning on your Xbox One then the signal sent to the TV will turn it off. If
    it is Off before turning on your Xbox One, then it will turn On the TV.

    Check the settings to see if this is the case. It should be under Settings -> Power & startup -> Power mode & startup -> TV & A/V power options

    Xbox restarts when I turn off my tv and turn it back on or when I switch to a different channel.

    It happens with my xbox as well when plugged into a certain TV set.

    With one TV I have the xbox wont power up properly until the TV is switched on. It will also reset if I turn tv off and on again.

    With my main TV though I can switch the TV off whenever I like.
