Xbox One OEM Power Supply Replacement

My Xbox One I have only had a few years and the power supply just upped and quit. I tried blowing it out with compressed air, and although dust came out it would still not work. I tried a multitude of other fixes with no luck. And now Xbox Support is telling
me that their no services or products offered to help solve my problem? Anyone aware of this problem?

I wanted to go with an OEM power supply that would still allow me to go between 100V - 240V (due to an upcoming move). However, this isn't even an option? Advice on what I can do for this power supply issue?

Diagnosed....Need new power supply cord.

Where on Microsoft site can I purchase XBox One OEM factory power supply?

Power supply quit working. Purchased XBox One from big box store over a 1 year ago- so likely no warranty.

Need replacement from Microsoft. Want OEM power supply, not ones available on AMazon.

Can NOT find a Microsoft site or link, so I can buy replacement.

Hey, Titanium Tower!

Now if your console PSU has just given up on life, then your best bet would be to try and purchase another PSU from one of our trusted

third party retailers so that it'll boot up the way it normally should, seeing as we no longer support that accessory.

If you do move to another region with different type power outlets, you would have to purchase the adapter for that to hook up to the outlets there as well.

I just wanted to clarify for what Xbox One Console this is in regards to?

If this is the Original Xbox one you can always order a replacement by going through our

Device Support Site.

If it is the Xbox one S or the One X that you are talking about then in this case you can attempt to set up a repair for the Console by going through the same website or by requesting a call back from our

Customer Support Team.

Of course. Replacing the power supply would be OEM Microsoft. Small electronics from a parts console.

But be advised that Xbox doesnt sell only the power supply...You will need to search in the retail shops.

You can no longer get OEM power supplies from Microsoft for the Xbox one, they do not make them anymore and they are not in the inventory. Your only option is a third party power supply
