    Xbox one NXOE preview update 17.11 Save data/Friendlist issue


    The new update showed up for me downloaded it and then my fl was bugged wasnt unable to sync my save files so what i did was i deleted my profile and did a hard reset didnt work now i have 0GS also no save files on my console FIX this ASAP

    What's with all of these updates?

    GODtheSniper is correct.

    If you are part of the NXOE program, as outlined in the coverletter -- You will receive two updates a week anywhere from 300-600MB.

    If you are NOT part of the preview program, it may be Microsoft slowly rolling out the NXOE dashboard data to the public consoles.

    If you're in the NXOE preview then this is a known issue, after your console turns off please wait 3 minutes so the log data can be captured. If you're experiencing these issues in the regular preview program you can always report them through the forums
    where issues like these belong for both NXOE and regular preview.

    Update on October 6 for Preview Program Issue

    This is a known issue. The preview update dashboard has not yet finalized use of racing wheels on the NXOE. They are continually working on it, and it will roll it out probably with a later update of the preview dashboard.

    Hi Budlightking23,

    Sorry you're having issues the NXOE update. This update is being tested before launch. The tester is you, that's why you signed up for the preview program, and accepted the additional terms stating the NXOE is buggy at sign up. To remove your console you
    need to cancel enrollment through the Xbox Preview App. You'll be removed after the next update. If you have questions or issues with the update itself follow the link I posted above.
