    Xbox one not working right help pls


    I just got my xbox one on chrismas and then 10 days ago the screen kept turning on and off and now nothing working on my xbox were I can't open any game or go see my friends clip or open the store I can't play any multiplayer game because it saying I don't
    have gold even though I bought gold for a month on the 5 of this month so if anyone knows how to fix this problem please help

    Hi Fergus

    If this doesn't work u need to check yours router port's and NAT connection. I had same problem and the NAT somtimes work somtimes doesn't.
