Xbox One not working again

Hello,

That's right... It's me again. My Xbox one, again, will not connect to the internet. I have talked to customer support a while back(after I got it ''repaired'') and they told me everything was good when they tested it. When I got it back, it did not work,
the internet went off and on. The remotes disconnect numerous times. I was told right here on the Forums that I had 90 days repair warranty, which when I talked to customer support Turned out to be wrong and it was 30 days.

At this time, the warranty was about gone. I was not informed by Xbox that I had warranty at all to begin with , so I couldn't do anything. The support also recommended Factory Resetting my console, which I recently did about 3-4 days ago. Now when I try
to set up the initial settings, I can't since I does not connect to the Internet.

I have done all the troubleshoot steps, None have been left out to my Knowledge.

Can somebody please help me fix this, even try and repair it again, as I am losing my patience with Microsoft slowly..

*UPDATE* I have checked the Warranty FAQs, and I do have 90 days.. Can somebody actually give me solid information, without complicating it all the time.

well, thanks for your reply but that doesnt help me at all, I refuse to give microsoft another penny of mine, personally. Especially since the console was refurbished a year and a half ago. Microsoft just needs to learn how to make a product that can last
more than 2 years if they want to charge 300 dollars for it...

Sounds to me that your day could have started out a little better then this. Let's see if we are able to find you a solution.

Try delete your Xbox profile (delete profile only) and redownload your profile.

how are you trying to connect ? what is your modem and router (model #'s) and wired or wireless ?.....some routers are just not compatible , that may be the issue...the constant disconnections you list are usually (almost always really ) a sign of router
issues , superhubs , arris and technicolor are a few that suffer these issues...

 

I forgot to update that I spoke to customer support again. And I am sending the console away again for 'repair'. And it is not just my network, but all networks close to my location that I used to see.
