Xbox One not wanting to read disks properly.

same mine started that way 2 weeks ago and as of 2 days ago i had to keep inserting the disk 20-30 times before it reads it so i called support to find out my warranty ran out 12 days ago so i was madas heck , any way i went and bought the unity bundle for
$499 it came with xbox one the kienct AC unity , AC black flag , mine craft , dance spotlight and a copy of gaurdians of the galaxy blu-ray at best buy . my point is send it in for repairs asap if i did i would not have these problems i have now , but xbox
is decent i got a email half hour ago that there going to send me a ups package to ship it to them so i think there going to cover me . I will find out more on monday when they open up but i would send it in because if it is like mine it will just get worse

sounds like the xbox isn't reading the disks properly perhaps you should send it back to microsoft and get them to service it.

well, there may be multiple problems, the laser that reads disks may not be scanning the disk properly, or parts are dusty. some stores sell a special disk that cleans the disk reading gear. if you try this and this is still an issue, have your xbox checked
out, you may need replacement parts. dont try to open your xbox yourself, any sign of tampering and or modding, microsoft wont repair the xbox.

Thanks for coming to the forums. With discs it is hard to know why it doesn't read. However there have been known issues with backward compatible games not reading disc properly on the Xbox one series. Have you tried the disk on a different Xbox one, like
a friend or family member? Do you get any error codes when it is in the Xbox?

ive tried the disk read error solutions non work, and one game will not work mw3 which doesnt appear to have any damage. After, i repeat after i use this disk my console begins to malfunction and not work properly. Problems may also occur if i leave a disk
in the tray for a extended period of time.
