XBox one Not unbanned help please

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

 

Who told you it was a mistake ?

Go to the enforcement page as posted and state your case to them.

Only they, not Xbox support can help you.

 

My guess would be the kind non-confrontational representative from India that answered the phone after dialing 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Probably realized he was getting nowhere with the O.P., told him what he wanted to hear, then said goodbye knowing he would be
a problem for someone else after waiting a few days before calling back. ;-)

 

Yeah.They have a habit of telling people to post on the forums when they can't do anything or to just get them of the phone.

 

that is classed as call avoidance and if that was in the UK they would be terminated for that. support are there to support everything except the following two items, bans and general help lol.

regardless of circumstances. Security proofs is where you provide your phone number or alternative email addresses Microsoft sends a code to your phone or alternative email addresses and when you enter in the correct code received on you phone or email addresses

The OP hasn't listed why his console was banned. It could be from a previous user or himself. Modified hardware/firmware. Or someone who hacked into his account or used it without his permission. Security Proofs helps, which was
introduced on Xbox 360. It's where you can your mobile phone number and additional email addresses. When the System detects an unusual log in, or for security purposes, Microsoft's System will send a Key Code which you need to enter, to your mobile phone or
email address, and the system will not let you proceed until you've entered in that code.

 

It's important you keep your Account secure. By providing your mobile phone number, primary and secondary email addresses, and keeping your personal info up to date.

Other reasons for a console ban or account ban is serious or repeat violations to the Xbox terms of use and code of conduct. Just like YouTube. You are also responsible for everything that is done under your account. If you detect unusual activity with your
account, contact Microsoft Xbox Support immediately, or change your password. Make sure to have a strong password. E.g. Zx39O0tP this form is good because it uses a mix of upper and lower case letters, and numbers too. < O, and that isn't my password
