XBox one Not unbanned help please

Hello my console has been banned on xbox one and it was suppose to be unbanned on July 6th 11:46pm Id like to know why it isnt unbanned still so please help me id like to know why it isnt unbanned yet.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

Unless I'm wrong, a console ban cannot be reversed.

 

Yup. A console ban is permenant. Seeing as you have a supposed time for the ban, then i'm guessing it wasn't a 'mistake'.

 

I was told i was getting unbanned on july 6th 2016 it was a one month ban and i talked to xbox they said to talk on forms and they told me it was a mistake that i was banned and i need to ask around

 

was it just a profile suspension, or did it actually say console ban.

 

They do temporarily ban consoles for 30 days,usually if there are several accounts on the same console all getting suspended/banned then they issue a 30 day console ban.

Who told you when your console will be unbanned?

Posting your console i.d./serial number on a public forum isn't a great idea either.

Why the ban?

 

You can get a ban/suspension with good rep.

Having bad rep doesn't mean you'll get a suspension either.

 

Thanks Daft Badger, It's just that I see alot of threads like this one and most never tell why they're banned. In this case the OP says it was a mistake but there should still be a reason from MS shouldn't there?

 

I suspect the op knows exactly why they were banned.

People who moan about being banned tend to leave details out when posting on the forums having a winge & threatening to go to the PS4.

Support shouldn't be telling anyone it was a mistake as it's nothing to do with them.

 

As i do not know why i was banned they said it was a mistake and it should be fixed soon, Someone stole my account and hacked me and stole peoples passwords and kept asking and thats why i was banned

I guess that free Xbox Live site didn't exactly work out.

But seriously, if it was a console ban, then the infraction happened on your console not Xbox Live.

Are we to believe that someone hacked your console from within your house?
