    Xbox One Not Turning On


    This problem just started happening. I purchased my Xbox One on 'Day 1' and I have never had a problem with it until yesterday. I went to turn my xbox on and it made the usual sound that signified that the console was powering on. But my console never powered
    on. I frantically went to the Microsoft Support website to find a solution but there was none to be found. As the forums suggested, it might be the power brick, but i borrowed my friend's power brick and that did not do the trick. I contacted support and they
    had not dealt with this issue before. Does anybody have a solution? With game and accessory purchases, I have dropped over $1000 on the Xbox One and do not want to spend any more on the console. PLEASE HELP!

    xbox one not turning on

    have power to my xbox but it wont turn on the xbox icon just flashes white then goes off .I have tried resetting the power adapter but still the same when trying to power up just using the control the icon on the controlor keeps flashing at me what do i
    do i can even do hard reset of the consol

    Xbox One Not Turning On

    I have similar problems. I've already had to do 2 factory resets on my console. Seems like it only messes up when I try to play COD: AW. The game freezes when I play multiplayer with my friends. I push the Home button on my controller to take me to the dashboard
    & the Home screen freezes. I can't navigate where I want to go & I'm forced to do a hard reboot. Once I do that, I turn my console back on & like you said, you can hear it do the power on sound & see the light on but it shows nothing on the TV. The TV just
    says "No Signal". I don't know what else to do.....

    Same problem as you above me, Only it seems to do it every half hour regardless of the circumstances. If you restart your Xbox enough it will eventually pop up. I hope somebody or I find a fix soon, otherwise it's two weeks of my Xbox being fixed.

    my console is in energy saving mode

    i test my xbox temreture and it was good, i Reset my (for about four times!) power supply, i Check the status of your power supply unit,my xbox is Pluged power supply directly into a wall outlet and then i do this thing"Change the console settings so it

    I'm going through the same thing. Took the console to GameStop, where they had power supply I could hook up to.

    Same issue, orange light, flashes white for a second then back to orange. Console will not power on...

    For me it's not the power supply...

    It could be either actually, but sounds like a power brick issue honestly.If you have a friend or family member with an Xbox One, I would take my Xbox to test there. That would immediately tell you where the issue is.
