xbox one not turning on

have power to my xbox but it wont turn on the xbox icon just flashes white then goes off .I have tried resetting the power adapter but still the same when trying to power up just using the control the icon on the controlor keeps flashing at me what do i
do i can even do hard reset of the consol

It will walk you through steps to try in hopes of resolution, but if they don't work you might need a replacement power supply, or service on your console depending, which can be done at devicesupport.microsoft.com

Do you have the system plugged into a power strip or surge protector? If so you will have to move it to a wall outlet. I would try resetting your PSU by unplugging it from the outlet and the xbox, let sit for about 5 minutes to drain the residual charge,
plug it in the wall outlet, and then plug it into the system. When you plug it in the system keep an eye on the light on the PSU. If it's ok, it should go from amber to white for 5-10 secs and then go back to amber. If something is wrong with the PSU it
will flash between amber and white several times in the same amount of time. Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.

I have it plugged into wall outlet. The light stays amber when i reset the power supply

So if you're plugging it back into the system and it doesn't turn white, that means the PSU isn't transferring power to the system. The problem may be with your PSU and not your console. You can call support and have them register your console, if you
haven't already, and set up a fulfillment order for a new PSU. You'll have to send it in and they'll send you a new one, but they will replace the unit at no cost, except for shipping it to them of course. The other option would be to just buy a new one.
You have to call support for that as well, and they are $35, but you'll get it that way in half the time.

when our elevator comes up(or down) my xbox turn on automatically! now how i can solve this problem?is stabilizer help me to solve this fu**** problem? pls someone answer me!

first i must say i am not really good at English so excuse me for my mistakes.

i test my xbox temreture and it was good, i Reset my (for about four times!) power supply, i Check the status of your power supply unit,my xbox is Pluged power supply directly into a wall outlet and then i do this thing"Change the console settings so it

I'm going through the same thing. Took the console to GameStop, where they had power supply I could hook up to.

Same issue, orange light, flashes white for a second then back to orange. Console will not power on...

For me it's not the power supply...

It could be either actually, but sounds like a power brick issue honestly.If you have a friend or family member with an Xbox One, I would take my Xbox to test there. That would immediately tell you where the issue is.
