    Xbox One Not Tracking How Long I Have Played a Game For


    Hi,

    I have been having troube with my Xbox One. I have been playing a game (for atleast 4-5 hrs) and when I went to friends->compare games-> and I click on the game, it tells me I have played the game for only six minutes. I heard that this was a common issue,
    and that you have to do some sign out, sign in procedure. I was trying to get the Xbox Rewards achievement for playing a Games With Gold game for 10 hrs. I have tried standard troubleshooting procedure, (power cycling, clearing persistent storage, advanced
    mac address, etc...) and it hasn't work. Does anyone atleast know the temperary fix for this issue?

    Rewards not showing up

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing game pass.

    For anything regarding tracking play time, you have to keep up with it yourself. The Xbox App is usually a good place to see how long you've played a game.

    When I remember correctly, the playtime wasn't tracked as for Xbox One or PC Games. I never saw statistics like that how long I played my Xbox 360 games.

    To be honest is there a way for them to track how long I played a game ? It says I played ori and the will of the wisps for over 20 hours because it was on in the background when I was on netflix. hahahah

    Another way to track how long you have been playing a game is to look at your achievements and it gives the date you earned it
