Xbox One NOT syncing game data

After having had a separate issue I needed to recover my gamertag once removing it from my Xbox One. Now every game I insert into the drive and attempt to play has to sync the game data.

It's a long process as it goes from 2% to 100%.

The problem isn't just that it takes a long time but the fact it has a high fail rate is ridiculous.

Last night it took approximately 30 minutes to get from 2% to 99%, once there it took a further 10mins to tell me it had failed and I could either try again or play offline!

Now this morning I have tried again, it gets to 100% but then fails. I did this twice until I attempted a hard reset. Tried again, 100%, failed, went again, failed straight off without even progressing. Finally once more and it went from 2% through to 100%
and at last, it worked.

So again to clarify, high fail rate, each attempt takes far too long.

We're almost at the 2 year mark for Xbox One and this has got to change.

Which console are you playing on? Xbox One or Xbox 360? In both cases the content shouldn't be removed locally unless you delete it yourself from the manage content section on Xbox One or console storage on Xbox 360. In the Xbox One's case, the saves are
also stored in the cloud, unless you select to remove those as well.

Game data consumption

The latency in the network test on your Xbox One isn't an accurate representation to check your ping since it's contacting the Microsoft servers in Washington and not the nearest one.

Exact same problem, except for me that it all started out of the blue. I had not even removed my profile or gamertag or any of that. I just got the syncing nonsense out of the blue and it hasn't improved. This was on September 6th and it all began when i
booted up Life is Strange. Before that i never had ANY syncing issues, now almost all my games give me this nonsense and it's gamebreakng to be honest...totally gamebreaking, cause i cannot continue with my saves.

GTA V for example takes ages to sync and then comes the error, it just fails....fails...and nothing but FAILS. there doesnt seem to be any improvement in this. UNBELIEVEABLE that we can have this kind of horrible crap in 2015, why the hell not let us disable
cloud for gamesaves or at least let us save our savedate on USB as well?

I too am now experiencing these syncing issues. I bought the new 1TB Halo 5 guardians bundle and been setting it up this weekend and every time I put a disc in it automatically initiates the syncing from the cloud and fails. It's not allowing me to play
any of my games now. I've tried all my disc games and my MCC digital download game. Is there a option in shutting off this syncing process? My 500GB system never did this . I just wanna be able to put my disc in and play.

 

I'm having this problem.

At first it was halo mcc and batman.

Finally got batman to work but halo fails and fails and fails and fails.

What the actual [Mod Removed - Please do not try to bypass the word filter.] Microsoft.

My internet is fine do I know it's not that, I don't honestly know what to do, I can't delete my cache again as I did that loads last time and that wasn't the fix, apart from having to also re-install everything.

Please someone help
