    Xbox One not staying on after powering on


    Hello,

    I am hoping someone can lead me in the right direction on what is happening with my XBox One. Two days ago I downloaded Forza 4 Horizons with the expansion pack bundle and was able to play the game once and after that I can't get my system to stay on the
    home screen. It just flickers back and forth from a black screen to sign in screen and doesn't give enough time for me to go back to home screen. I shut it off by holding power button on console, waited for a few minutes and turned it back on. It went to the
    green XBox screen when powered on, it was loading and after that it switched to sign in screen and immediately after that it was flickering again. All connections have been checked and everything is perfect, I just don't know what is going on and the system
    was working perfectly before the Forza download. I spent just over $100 on the game and bundle from Microsoft and now I have this issue. Can someone please help? Thanks!

    Also, after changes are made in the router settings.... Do a power cycle of the Xbox by unpluging the power for a few seconds. If the Xbox stays in the low power state sometimes it will not refresh with the new router settings.

    Sounds like a bug. Try a Power Cycle. Hold Down the power indicator button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds (the XB1 will shut off after 5 seconds, but continue to hold the power indicator for the remaining 5 Seconds). Wait 2 minutes and then power it
    back on via the Xbox Jewel Button on your controller or the Power Indicator on the console. You will be greeted by a beautiful green screen and then a black one (which stays for a moment) and then the Xbox Home Screen. Hopefully this should do it.
