    my account says when i try too log in on my xbox 360 it messes up and says you have too type in your email and password again i did then it gave me an error code but on my xbox one it works perfectly fine this happened before i got my xbox one please help

    I can't play my game / unknown error codes?

    I bought Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for my Xbox one, and I installed it and its not letting me play it, it just says 'an error has occurred' and tells me to look up an error code, but when I look it up on the website it says it can't find anything?

    If I try to play it again it says I don't have enough storage with another unknown error code. I have over 200GB available so this shouldn't happen. ???

    Hi RvL Ruse,

    Are any of the game discs recognized or does the console throw up an error message?

    Please could you try a hard reset/power cycle of your Xbox One by hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen.

    But this has been happening for ages and I can't download updates at all.

    If you have a disc game this is not the case, you must have it in all the time to play even if it's installed. If you bought the digital game and it says for you to put the disc in, please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and reboot and
    try again.
