    XBOX ONE NOT START GAMES AUTOMATICALLY


    [table][tr][td]I have my Xbox One set to play automatically for games, but it won't start my game automatically when I put my disc in but my Xbox plays disc games fine when i press A to load the game, no error messages I know another guy has the same problem I first tried restarting my Xbox which didn't work. Next I tried a hard reset (the keep my games and apps) and complete reset but the problem is'nt resolved. Sir please post me if you found a solution to this issue. Before this happens me the last thing I do I've installed the update for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 on Xbox One ... Perhaps this is the problem ?[/td][/tr][tr][/tr][/table]

    Xbox One Downloaded Games Automatically???

    I did buy it used but quite some time ago, and the system was cleared. The owner never bought any games online

    As Akame asked, did you buy your One console used? Or, is there another console in the house that is deemed as the "Home" console?

    Do you happen to already have a digital Xbox One game running when this occurs? Let's start by holding the power button down on your Xbox One console until it fully powers down. After the Xbox One powers down, boot back up and give it another shot without
    starting any games or apps first.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that some of your games are getting uninstalled automatically, and you would like to know why this occurs. If you manually update a game, the Xbox One will provide you with a message stating
    the game could get uninstalled if you cancel the update. There are some people that choose to have the Xbox One

    keep your games and apps up to date     automatically. If one of those updates is cancelled or interrupted, the game could be uninstalled. We hope this information helps!
