    Xbox One not showing the length of my membership


    I have been with xbox live for a total of 7-8 years now and there was no problem with showing that on my gamercard on the xbox 360. However, now I have just purchased an xbox one, my profile is showing my gamerscore and gamertag, yet it doesn't show how
    many years I have been a member as it does on the profiles of my friends (Green circle with number in it).

    Please can somebody look into this, thanks.

    Xbox Live Gold Membership not showing on Xbox One

    This account is showing as Silver, not Gold. You can check the length of the membership you entered at commerce.microsoft.com.

    If you believe the Silver membership to be in error you will need to contact phone support for more assistance.

    Sorry to hear it. You can check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the length of membership you purchased.

    If it shows a year membership then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Tenure problem

    The account will age normally on the date that it was created so long as you've had a Gold membership for a full year prior to the account's anniversary. For example. You create your gamertag on 8/01/2014 and purchase a one year Gold membership from that
    date. You renew before the membership expires and on 8/01/2015 your profile on the 360 (Settings>Profile) will show the 1 in the upper right hand corner.

    However, if the membership expired for any length of time prior to the anniversary date then the aging process will be pushed back to reflect the change.
