xbox one not sending commands to TiVo

I am using a Xbox One as well as TiVo Premiere Q. The Xbox One receives the Harmony IR command indicated by the appearance of the control icons on the screen. It does not send the comman to TiVo. If i speak a command to Xbox One it Quickly and flawlessly
controls TiVo. Xbox One responds correctly to Harmony One for all Xbox Activities.

It only applies to playback controls (fast forward, pause, play etc) of TiVo when the command originates from Harmony One. I have deleted and replaced the set up of both Harmony One devices and activities also reset xbox one device programming. It has
not helped. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Tivo and Xbox One KInect

Anyone got any tips for setting up the Xbox and Kinect with tivo, I have it setup as per the instructions but it doesn't seem to recognise Tivo is connected. It says about sending a command but I cant tell if the command has been received, is there anything I should look for ?

Hooking up my Tivo with xboxone

You should be able to hook your Tivo into the xbox one provided it has an HDMI port. But be advised since Tivo is a DVR the xbox one will not be able to search the tivo for content. You will have to use the remote for that and then once watching a program
you would be able to use voice commands to FF, REW, etc

i have solved my problem. i increased the ir interkey delay for device xbox one. at 300ms it works correctly 100% functionality. 200ms only about 75%. 100ms about 25%.

Pioneer 50" Plasma PRO-507PU. If I turn off the TV independently of the Xbox it gets out of sync. As in, if I then speak "Xbox, turn off..... Yes" the TV gets turned back on again. I also noticed the same thing with a brand new 55" Panasonic PC55VT60.

The connection is cable--Tivo--HDMI--Xbox--HDMI--TV

The Tivo is a much more complex system than a dumb cable box. For one it's got it's own set of menus within it. If you're in a menu (having gotten there using the Tivo's remote) then the Xbox can't send commands that will work. Same thing if a Tivo dialog
box has come up on-screen. There's no way to select or cancel via the Xbox commands (voice or controller).

This is understandable, but annoying nonetheless.

But when I set it up there was no problem selecting Verizon as the provider and the Tivo set top box. I get the full OneGuide and it seems to work. I don't use it, but it's there...

map your number keys on the remote to be specifically the directional pad of your TiVo. so when you are watching tivo through xbox one using play, ff, pause, etc will work just fine because xbox will command tivo. map the number 2 as direction up 5 as "select"
and so on. i have found it easy and natural. i put the tivo button "TiVo" on the touch screen. so i tap that then use my num pad as direction pad and select for tivo.

do this by using the "customize button" section of the activity you use for xbox one
