Xbox One not running 60 FPS

Discus and support Xbox One not running 60 FPS in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It never came to mind until I noticed my iPad could run 60 fps on YouTube.     Xbox One not running 60 FPS


    It never came to mind until I noticed my iPad could run 60 fps on YouTube. I saw Black Ops 3 running at 60, and I also saw AW running at 60, my eyes were stunned. My console was NEVER running 60 FPS. How can I make it run 60? Seems as if it's running
    30 or slightly higher, like 35 or 40.

    IGN Nails it....Both Consoles will ROCK

    I canceled my ps4 preorder after reading games are running at 30 fps. Something not right there. Think they made a another system that won't show what it can do until 6 years from now. Xbox one games are running at 60 fps day one.

    Why are games running at 30 fps like killzone shadow fall on ps4? You can go to the killzone forums and see the outrage there. All the games for xbox one are running 60 fps. Just asking because I find it surprising.

    theres nothing you can do to change the fps on your console the developer sets the fps for there particular games.

    I am running 30 fps on a game that should be running 60 fps is what I'm saying. AW, MCC, and BF4 should all run 60 but I get a 30.

    I feel the Xbox is already outdated in terms of hardware since its release, if you want a true gaming experience you'll have to go the PC route.

    Yeah but everyone else is getting 60. I for whatever reason am getting 30. My friend can run 60 FPS just fine. I can't. :/

    If you're saying that your friends Xbox runs CoD at 60fps and your Xbox runs the same game at 30fps, you're wrong. The framerate is set, CoD will play the same on your Xbox as it will on your friends Xbox. There is no setting on your console or in game that
    can change that.

    Hey Elite Reticle, what are you using to show your fps?

    As said fps is set by developers but it's not a solid figure so fps my drop but should not drop to half (ie from 60-30). I have noticed on my one that if some other apps are active in the back ground sometimes you'll get a bit of graphical lag, so you could
    try closing all running apps apart from the game your playing

    At dashboard go to each reacent app along the bottom press the start button and select exit.

    Please let us know how you get on Xbox One not running 60 FPS :)

    Dying Light 2 only 30 fps on Series S... What a disgrace!

    definitely it's poor optimisation i think they made the game in last gen hardware whch it's so obivious i will tell you why first on series x and ps5 it runs on 1080p 60 fps which it's crazy these both console should run at least at 1440p 60 fps or 4k 60 idon't pay 500$ for console which it runs at 1080p 60 fps because iknow that series x and ps5 are so powerful

    xbox one x run this game 1080p at 30 fps which it's good because it's old consloe and it's amazing that this console run 30 fps 1080p with good graphics so if the one x runs at 1080p 30fps then the series s should run 1080p 60 fps or 1440p 30 fps the architecture of this series s is way better than the one x so i think the problem is from developers
