    Xbox One not Responding


    My Xbox One has been freezing non stop and since the friends list has been down I have not been able to get it to work at all. When I hard reset it hangs on the green start up screen. Any suggestions?

    XBOX ONE NOT RESPONDING

    Go to Home screen > Settings > Disc & Blu-ray >Blu-ray> Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage, Please do this three times to make sure that all corrupted cached files on the console's memory are removed. Don't need to worry since this won't delete
    any of your saved games or achievements. Then after that hold the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off then turn it back on and that should fix the problem.

    Good Morning - first post.

    XBox One - originally from France - I am in Abu Dhabi UAE - reset to defaults - reset for UK (and also tried USA)

    WiFi works ok

    Anything on-line I try - Apps/Games etc - gives error 'Content not available )0x876c0001)

    Basically can do nothing with it !

    Any advice / tips / hints appreciated

    I’m sorry for the trouble. Do you an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause these issues as well.

    Hi Ringo, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug the console for 2-5 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Thank you so much for the update. It's an odd issue. Do you have 5G data turned on as of the moment? If yes, kindly turn them off and then turn on your newer controllers along with your old controllers.

    Update: I have 2 older controllers originally for xbox one. These both work normally. I also have 2 newer controllers for series xs, that have been working great so far, but the moment i turn one of the newer ones on, all controllers stop responding.. Any ideas?
