Xbox One not registering Discs

    I've had my Xbox for three years, it's worked fine. Today's I got a new game, went home and tried to insert the disc but nothing happened. Like it wouldn't suck the disc in. I admittedly haven't used any disc games in a bit and have travelled on planes with
    the Xbox recently so I'm not sure if anything has happened. Please any help would be appreciated. I am also about 99% sure there are no discs already in there. No other discs work as well.

    Hey Mad Boba Fett! During the time that you were unlocking these achievements, was there any issue with being disconnected to Xbox Live, or getting dropped from the Xbox Live servers? Also at any point did you ever play those games in offline mode? It may
    be that your Xbox and the Xbox Live Servers are not synchronizing what's been completed locally on the console compared to what the servers are being updated with.

    I would try the soft factory reset option provided above to clear any kind of corruption and restore the operating system to factory settings.

    Lastly, I would recommend possibly contacting
    Xbox Support     so that potentially they may be able to troubleshoot your subscription remotely to force a synchronization between the console and the servers.

    Yeah that is what had to happen before for me. This is my second time of this happening to me and I'm thankful I am not the only one that has/had to go through this.

    This only happens with a certain disc ? If so, the disc may be scratched or dirt. if this happens with all the discs you have, then you may need to get your xbox fixed. For that, call Xbox support.

    WTH With the Graphics?

    not so sure about usb drives, plugging one into my xbox causes skyrim to not even register as in the xbox. lol. took it out and it loaded the disc.

    If the copies you bought are disc copies, it may be the actual disc reader in your xbox.

    I suggest trying another disc besides Red Dead Redemption 2 to see if the problem persists

    If it does persist you may have to submit your registered Xbox Console in for a service order here.
