Discus and support Xbox One Not Recognizing xbox live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am having issues with my xbox recognizing my xbox live membership.     Xbox One Not Recognizing xbox live


    I am having issues with my xbox recognizing my xbox live membership. I can log in and get on line but nothing is available. I can't even join a party invite. Help please!

    Xbox is not recognizing my Xbox gold membership

    today my Xbox is not recognizing my Xbox live membership and is asking me to join and buy Xbox live. Yesterday I did not have this issue. Please help!!!

    I also tried to enter a 2 day code and it is telling me to give it to a friend as I already have a live membership.

    I deleted it and reinstalled. Unfortunately I am still having the same issue.

    C Mac35, I would suggest to contact support as what you are describing looks like there might have been an issue with the renewal fee, and that is something that phone support would easily resolve.

    Hey C Mac35!



    Could you try the following:

    1. Go to the Home Screen of your Xbox One.

    2. Hit the start button, this should bring up a menu.

    3. Select Settings > Subscriptions

    When on the Subscriptions page, what does it say?

    I am having the same issue for 48hrs now. All other devices are running through my router ok and I check my subscription status on the Xbox one home page and it reads "renews 6/15/2015

    It worked for about 10 minutes this afternoon then kicked me out of Destiny stating "you must be connected to xbox live to play Destiny".

    Help!

    Also- I do have Comcast for what it's worth. However, all other devices are streaming normally.

    Yes i also Have the exact failures the other Guys expierence: im connected to live but still im not able to join Games of my Friends!dont even see them in the halo matchmaking,even they are there!I cant join their Games through the Friends List,as the join
    game Button is grayed out(meaning their is no game to be Joining)! When i Check the inet in the Network Setting i have a Perfect Connection an Open-NAT Type,but i get told that the Social Media and Gaming are Not fully funktional! So what is going on ist there
    a Problem with xlive again or is it my Xbox Console!?

    Mass Effect 3 disc 1 won’t run or install.

    It could be an Xbox Live issue. Some of my 360 discs look like absolute garbage and still gets recognized by my xbox one.

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
