Xbox one not recognizing my gold membership!

Discus and support Xbox one not recognizing my gold membership! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I for sure have gold membership.     Xbox one not recognizing my gold membership!


    So I for sure have gold membership. Anything that requires gold is telling me that I need Gold, but underneath says it looks like I am good to go. But yet, I can't do anything. And yes I have tried the common tips.

    Xbox gold membership not showing on console

    I recently purchased xbox live gold membership on-line, but my console is not recognizing that I am a gold member. Is there a secret to getting it to show up on my console? We are unable to play a recently purchased game because of the membership status
    not updating. TY!

    I am having the same exact problem. I can't play any online modes on NBA 2K14 or some features on Battlefield 4. I've tried redownloading my profile with no luck =\

    unplug your XBOX ONE from the mains for 30 seconds and try signing in.

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
