    Xbox One not recognizing active Live Gold subscription


    I have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. I can confirm it on both the Microsoft websites and on the Xbox subscription screen as well. Starting a couple days ago, after downloading a Xbox Gold game, the Xbox One acts like I'm not a Gold member. I
    can't play Overwatch now and it is now advertising a Gold membership on the home screen. I've tried restarting a few times and reclogging, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

    Help would be appreciated!

    You only need one active xbox live gold subscription for one xbox one console.

    So the store not showing that the items as "Free" would be indicative of it not recognizing an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. I'd recommend logging into account.microsoft.com and checking the Services and Subscriptions tab and ensure that your Xbox
    Live Gold subscription is listed as active and up to date. You can also check if there are any other payment or billing issues, which there should be notice in the Payments & Billing sections or in the Subscriptions tab.

    If everything looks good there, then you might want to verify that you are properly signed into the webpage during the process with the account that has an active Xbox Live Gold Subscription.

    Let us know if your Gold sub is listed as active or if you have other questions.

    If this is the account, you don't show as having gold here. Since your account shows that you're supposed to have gold, you'll want to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    If you added a 14day trial those don't count as gold

    Trials only give you temporary multuplayer access

    I've tried everything, deleting my Xbox profile, resetting my router, rebooting my console. Seems like a major screw up on microsofts side!

    Come on Microsoft why does support open at 3pm GMT get a UK support centre and the current one has failed to call me back twice!!

  9. Same problem here. Renewed subscription this week automatically (from first free month to paid month), got billing confirmation, in account settings everywhere it shows my subscription apart from the home page, store home and I'm not able to play online
    games... Im even able to download a free game via the account>subscription page. Weird stuff. Anyone has the solution??

    Xbox live gold issue.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????
