    Xbox One not recognising that I have gold.


    I recently changed the email address associated with my Xbox live gamertag (as I was having security issues with the old email account and wanted to be safe) and while in my Microsoft account settings it says I have gold when I Sign into my Xbox One it doesn't
    recognise that I do and under settings>subscriptions it just keeps giving me an error message, is there anything I can do about this as I'm unable to download games with gold or the trial of Evolve that's happening this weekend.

    ive followed step in other threads (holding the power button, deleting and re adding my gamertag to my Xbox one etc.) and nothing is working.

    is there anything that can be done about this?

    i got the error code on xbox 360 - when i sign into xbox one it does not recognise my xbox gold subscription - i dont know if the two issues are related .

    I am, yes. I only have one account. And also it was on the Xbox One that I entered the code, not on the 360, so in theory, it would have linked with that account rather than the one for my 360 if I had more than one account surely?

    I also checked my emails, and it sent me a confirmation email that I'd renewed my Gold, and even mentioned both Xbox One and Xbox 360 features. Yet my Xbox One still won't recognise that I have Gold...

    I still have an xbox 360 lol im broke cause i just moved out of home, anyway i just brought 12 months of xbox live GOLD and it is saying on my computer when signed in to my account that i have it but my xbox isnt regestering it. I'm trying to connect my
    devices but i had already conected my xbox and it has had repairs in that time, well only the heardive was replaced but it is still saying that it is in repairs and i dont know how to change it . Anybody know how to help ?
